Why are the free images watermarked?
The 3 free images are previews, so you can judge the result on your own photos before paying — they carry a small “Preview · Stagefront” watermark. Any purchase lifts the watermark and unlocks the clean HD file: a single $2.49 image, a top-up, or a plan.
What does structure-verification mean?
Staged and enhanced images are checked against your original photo — walls, windows and built-ins stay exactly as photographed. If the check fails, the image is regenerated automatically, free of charge.
What does a failed generation refund mean?
A credit is only used for a successful image. If a generation fails — the structure check stops it, or no image is produced — the credit is returned to your account automatically.
Do credits expire?
Pay-as-you-go and top-up credits never expire. Subscription credits roll over while you're subscribed — whatever you don't use carries into the next cycle, up to 3× the monthly allotment.
